After you have completed the purchase, you should receive a confirmation email from us. Please also check your spam mail and promotions tab (gmail) for the order confirmation email if you are unable to locate the confirmation email.

Your orders are tracked by a tracking code.

We will send you a separate email containing your tracking code within 2-5 business days after your purchase. This email wll also provide tracking instructions.

PLEASE NOTE: Upon receiving the tracking code, the tracking information will usually be updated and displayed approximately 2-5 business days. If you cannot view your tracking information and are still within the above window, please be patient and the information will populate as soon as it is available.

At any time you can insert your tracking code in the Track Order page and get updated information when it is available.
